The weapons catch adapter attaches to either your belt or the PALS webbing of the sling on your offhand side so that when the sling is configured as a single point, you can secure the front of the weapon to your offhand side instead of just letting the weapon hang in front of you for hands free activities or shooting with your sidearm.
The URBAN-SENTRY sling as applied to the GSG MP40 can be used in either one or two point carry mode which allows the operator the ability to mission select the way the sling is configured. This package contains the URBAN SENTRY 1" sling which is displayed in the photos as both a Two Point and single point configurations respectively.

This video demonstrates our E-RUSH Sling kit as well as the URBAN-SENTRY Hybrid Sling kit. Not all features of the kit in the video will apply to your order if you aren't purchasing the E-RUSH Sling kit, or the Weapons Catch Adapter. The slings demonstrated in the video are the 2" wide versions of this same sling. This sling in its shipped configuration can be configured into a dedicated one point or a dedicated two point on the GSG MP40. It can not be rapidly transformed from a two point to a one point sling.
Bought this sling in hopes it would fit an accessorized KelTec KS7 shotgun and, with the modification of one end to take a QD attachment, it appears to work fine. Matt worked with me to ensure it would meet my needs. Only a 4 so far because I haven't actually had the chance to work with it, but it looks like it's going to be just what I wanted it to be.
