We are primarily an eCommerce business.  Typical hours of operation on site by appointment only are Monday-Friday between 12PM - 6PM eastern time. Emails are typically forwarded through to our phones, and we get them almost immediately. If emails are received during the day, we try to answer them immediately. We try to respond as fast as possible to your questions via email. We do take calls 7 days a week if we are available but are closed weekends.
