(ARA-R-A2) Receiver End Plate Sling Adapter For Fixed Stocks, AR-15/M-16

The G.R.S.C. patented Side Sling Adapters are designed for full stock AR15 & M16 series rifles which provide the optimum mounting solution for the URBAN-E.R.T. Tactical Sling. Mounting our hybrid sling in this manner greatly increases the operator's capabilities during MOUT operations. URBAN-E.R.T. Sling's HK Style Snap Hooks, MASH Hooks, and Webbing Loop Adapters will all fit this receiver plate. Many operators prefer the AR15/M16 with a fixed stock as it provides a somewhat more stable firing platform and likewise prefer the HK style snap hook or MASH Hook to the conventional sling attachment. Because of the lack of an alternative method, most shooters have just clipped into a standard sling swivel. Although this works, it is noisy and provides a loose and sloppy sling attachment. The GRSC AR15/M16 Fixed Stock Receiver End Plate For HK Style Snap Hooks is a great lightweight and rugged alternative to clipping into the standard sling swivel. Installation of this unique accessory is easily accomplished, requiring removal of the fixed butt stock and installation of the new GRSC Receiver End Plate, adapter spacer and longer screw, are all included in the package. This lightweight accessory weighs in at less than one ounce. Although primarily used as a single point attachment method, a dual point sling system can also be employed with this attachment.
